1. About these terms

These terms apply to getnexus.info, which is operated by Nexus Creator Networks LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. When you send an application or inquiry, you confirm that you have read them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

2. What this website is for

The website explains what Nexus does and gives brands and creators a way to tell us they’re interested in working with us. Nexus helps brands find suitable creators and organizes their paid campaigns.

3. Applications are expressions of interest

Sending a creator application or brand inquiry tells us you’re interested. It is not an acceptance into any network, a booking, or an offer of work, and it doesn’t oblige you or us to do anything further. We review every submission, but we may decide not to proceed and we may not contact everyone.

4. No guaranteed results

We don’t guarantee acceptance, work, brand deals, campaigns, earnings, sales, views, revenue, or any other result, whether from applying, from an introduction, or from a campaign.

5. No automatic relationship

Applying doesn’t create exclusivity, employment, agency or management representation, a partnership, or any ownership interest. It doesn’t require you to pay us or to accept any opportunity.

6. Campaign terms are agreed separately

If we arrange a campaign, the scope, payment, any fees, deliverables, deadlines, cancellation, content rights and usage, and disclosure requirements will be set out in a separate written agreement before work begins. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to that campaign.

7. Your submissions

• Information you send must be accurate and about you, a creator you are the parent or legal guardian of, or a business you are authorized to represent.
• Brand inquiries must be sent by someone 18 or older who is allowed to act for the brand.
• Don’t send other people’s personal information without their permission.
• You keep ownership of your content and accounts. You allow us to use what you send to review your submission and to propose opportunities, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Sending an application doesn’t give us permission to use your name, face, voice, content, or endorsement in public advertising. We would need your separate written permission for that.

8. Creators under 18

Creators aged 13 to 17 may apply only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge, and must give their parent or guardian’s contact details.

A parent or legal guardian may also apply on behalf of a creator aged 13 to 17.

We don’t accept creators under 13, including through a parent or guardian.

Nothing goes ahead without the parent or guardian’s written OK, and any campaign agreement for a creator under 18 must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.

9. Acceptable use

Please don’t use the website to break the law, send spam or automated submissions, impersonate someone else, try to access areas or data that aren’t public, interfere with the website’s security or operation, or upload harmful code.

10. Our website content

The website’s text, design, logo, illustrations, and video are owned by Nexus or used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial purposes without asking us first. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

11. Other websites

Links to other websites, such as Instagram and TikTok, are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms apply. When you send an application, we record the version you agreed to.
