Privacy Policy
In short: we collect what you type into our brand and creator forms so we can review it and contact you. We only send marketing emails if you tick the optional box on the form. Our public pages don’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t use your name, image, or content in our marketing without asking you separately.
1. Who we are
getnexus.info is run by Nexus Creator Networks LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”). Nexus helps brands find suitable creators and organizes their paid campaigns.
This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website. Campaign agreements we make with brands or creators may include additional privacy terms.
2. What we collect
Brand inquiries
- Your name and work email
- Brand name and website
- The product or service you want to promote, your main goal, and an approximate budget
- Optionally, who you want to reach and your preferred timing
Creator applications
- Who is filling out the form (the creator, or a parent or legal guardian applying for a creator aged 13 to 17) and the creator’s age group (18 or older, or 13 to 17), never a date of birth
- Your name and email
- For creators aged 13 to 17 who apply themselves: a parent or guardian’s name and email
- Your main platform and a link to your public profile
- What you make content about, your approximate following, and the kinds of brand opportunities you want
- Optionally, where most of your audience lives, your typical views, anything you won’t promote, and your usual rates
With every submission
- The version of our Terms of Use you agreed to, and the time we received your submission
- The confirmation you ticked: that you’re 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian knows about or is making the application
- Whether you ticked the optional box to get marketing emails from us, and when
Support messages (the “Questions?” button)
- What it’s about, your name, your email, and your message
Support messages are emailed to us. The website doesn’t keep a copy, apart from the spam-prevention record described below.
We also keep messages you send us by email, Instagram or TikTok. Please don’t send identity documents, financial details, passwords, or other sensitive information through our forms. We don’t ask for them at this stage.
3. Information collected automatically
- No cookies or trackers. Our public pages don’t set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded third-party content. Details are on our Cookies page.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (IONOS) automatically records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are used to run and secure the site.
- Spam prevention. When you send a form, we use your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We store only a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of it, not the address itself. We do the same for attempts to sign in to our staff dashboard.
4. How we use it
- To review your application or inquiry and decide whether there may be a suitable fit
- To answer questions you send us
- To contact you about it, and about specific campaign opportunities that may suit you
- To prepare and propose campaigns between brands and creators
- To send you marketing emails about campaign opportunities and Nexus news, only if you ticked the optional box
- To run and protect this website, including preventing spam and abuse
- To keep a record of what you agreed to, and to meet legal obligations
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles.
Marketing emails are optional. We send them only if you tick the box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of them or by contacting us (see Contact us). Unsubscribing doesn’t affect your application.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website and to communicate with you:

Prospective brands (creator applications)
If we think you may suit a specific campaign, we may share details from your application with that brand to propose the collaboration, such as your name, public profile link, content category, audience information, and rates. We won’t share your email address or other private contact details with a brand without asking you first.
Creators (brand inquiries)
When we propose a campaign to creators, we share the brand name and the campaign details they need to decide whether to take part.
Other situations
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our legal rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
We don’t publish applications. We won’t use your name, face, voice, content, or endorsement in public advertising unless you give us separate written permission.
6. How long we keep it
- Applications and inquiries: 6 months after we last updated them, unless we start working together, in which case we keep what that work requires. Our review dashboard deletes them the next time we open it after that point.
- Spam-prevention records (hashed IP addresses): 24 hours. They’re cleared the next time the form or our dashboard is used after that.
- Your marketing-email choice: kept with your application and deleted with it.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
- Emails and messages: stay in our email, Instagram or TikTok account until we delete them. Deleting an application doesn’t delete them automatically.
Deleted information may remain in our hosting provider’s automatic backups for a short time, until those backups are replaced.
7. Security
Information you send through this website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Applications are stored in a database the public can’t access. Only Nexus can sign in to the password-protected dashboard where we review them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to withdraw your application, by emailing us at hello@getnexus.info or contacting us using the details in Contact us. To protect your information, we may confirm your request by replying to the email address on your application.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to receive a copy of your information or to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond to requests as the law that applies to you requires.
9. Age requirements
- Creators aged 18 or older can apply themselves. Brand inquiries must come from adults.
- Creators aged 13 to 17 can apply with a parent or guardian’s name and email. We contact the parent or guardian, and nothing goes ahead without their written OK.
- A parent or legal guardian can also apply on behalf of a creator aged 13 to 17.
- We don’t offer marketing emails to creators aged 13 to 17 who apply themselves.
- We don’t accept creators under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.
A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct, or delete their child’s information at any time, using the contact details below.
10. Where information is processed
We are based in Louisiana, United States, and accept applications from anywhere. Applications are stored with our hosting provider, IONOS. If you apply from another country, your information will be transferred to and stored in the country where IONOS keeps it, which may have different privacy laws from yours. Google may process email in other countries where it operates.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
